Our client based in Bournemouth are looking for a Customer Service Finance Advisor to join their friendly accountancy team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an ideal role for someone with Sales Ledger/Credit Control experience and good customer service skills.

Description

As the Customer Service Finance Advisor your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support with customer financial issues
  • Manage inboxes and respond to all emails timely
  • Work with all areas of the business to resolve any issues
  • Ensure great written and face to face communication with customers
  • Respond to queries
  • Provide necessary financial information by deadlines
  • Escalate issues when required
  • Manage financial systems and information

Profile

To be successful for the Customer Service Finance Advisor you will:

  • Have a wealth of customer service experience
  • Have previous Credit Control/Sales Ledger experience (3 years preferable)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience running reports and statements
  • Have good attention to detail
