HR Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a generalist background. If you are an experienced HR Advisor, looking to work for a national company, then we would love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role with offices in a prime, central London location.

Overview of the role of HR Advisor:

  • Oversee and participate In all aspects of the employee life cycle
  • Managing the TUPE process.
  • Hold full responsibility for the case management process.
  • Extensive collaborative working with the Operations Team.
  • Working directly with line managers to provide general advice and support.
  • Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners on a wide range of ER cases.
  • Helping managers with the HR cycle.
  • Attending ER meetings.
  • Offering and advice and support to restructure proposals.
