Prospectus are delighted to be supporting our client, a leading London university, in their search for an Interim Head of Directorate Support and Improvement to deliver a centralised support service to the Estates and Facilities Directorate. This is to start as soon as possible, running for around 3 months, in the first instance, on a hybrid working basis.

The purpose of this role is to lead the team, overseeing the services of Directorate Support, Systems and Communications and developing the approach to customer service. You will manage the delivery of key transformation projects and work streams as well as develop and implement service improvement activities across the directorate, including embedding Staff Engagement strategies.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar post, working in senior management within a large organisation. You will have strong staff leadership skills and ideally an understanding of generic HR policies. With excellent project management and financial management skills, you will also have the proven ability to manage effective customer service delivery.
