About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Regional Delivery Lead will be a key member of the regional leadership team. Together with the People and Capabilities Leads and Chief Engineer, you will be integral to the successful development and growth of the office and will support delivery teams to achieve excellent outcomes for our clients by fostering an environment that encourages delivery excellence.

As a Delivery Lead, you'll ensure that all programmes of work are delivered to an appropriate quality, that the right technical input has been provided and that commercial proposals are compelling and technically innovative.

This is a key role with significant influence and the opportunity to drive change to enhance our delivery quality and improve performance. It's a great opportunity for those looking to make the next step in their career.

You'll also be involved in the sales and market engagement, including meeting new and existing clients, presenting at conferences, writing articles and more.

About You

You will have strong agile delivery experience and be able to personally shape, influence and support delivery of across a portfolio of engagements. The role will include taking a hands on role, when needed, on the most complex, challenging and rewarding assignments across the BJSS portfolio using your exceptional leadership skills to ensure client and BJSS team success.

Being able to excel and make an appreciable difference within a high calibre, dynamic and challenging environment is one of the most stimulating elements of the role. A good appreciation of technology is vital, as is knowing when to defer to the technical expertise of the team around you.

Commercial experience and entrepreneurial credentials would be useful; you will be involved with preparing commercial proposals your delivery engagements and so it is important that these are prepared with appropriate levels of understanding of delivery - i.e. estimation, team profiling, delivery planning and roadmaps and pricing.

You will bring significant delivery experience to the role and will understand good delivery principles, have an eye for detail and be able to 'ask the right questions' to validate successful delivery.
