The Supplier Management & Procurement (SM&P) team is a vital part of TUI Airline, optimising value in all aviation contracts.

As Supplier Manager Specialist you will provide (administrative) support to stakeholders within SM&P as well as the operational function to effectively manage identified suppliers based on contractual agreements, market information and by creating a performance fact base in a consistent way. You'll work with various stakeholders and adapting according to the needs for effective supplier management. You'll develop and leverage a network, with mainly TUI Airline stakeholders.

This role can be based in Luton, Hanover, Stockholm or Zaventem or Rijswijk and offers flexible virtual working arrangements.

This role will be offered on a 2 year fixed term contract.

Applications close 9 October 2022.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Supplier Management Specialist, you will:

  • Familiarize yourself with supplier contracts and performance related clauses.

  • Ensure suppliers deliver against contract and identify top (non-)performing suppliers.

  • Manage, structure and prepare supplier meetings for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Gather relevant operational KPI data related to the performance of the suppliers via standard reports, structured regular meetings, closely with the commercial and operational stakeholders.

  • Perform an initial trend analysis of the supplier performance and report back at the required frequency to the commercial and operational stakeholders.

  • Provide administrative support for actions defined between suppliers and commercial and operational stakeholders

  • Develop and leverage an excellent network with internal (SM&P colleagues, finance & accounting, etc.) and external (suppliers) stakeholders, to ensure the best input and output of your scope.

  • At all times, ensure you are acting according to TUI values and relevant procurement policies, and report in case you notice non-compliance.

ABOUT YOUYou'll have:
  • At least a relevant bachelor degree, or equivalent by experience.

  • Relevant performance analysis experience

  • Strong numeric and analytical skills with eye for detail

  • Highly proficient in English, knowledge of other languages desirable but not essential

  • Experience with contracts is desired

  • Basic understanding of contractual legal terms?and?conditions

  • Effective?communication and reporting skills, able to tailor messaging for different stakeholders

  • A?'can-do' attitude, work result-oriented and take initiative.?
